Ahhhh! :) :) :) :) Can you believe it?! I will be in Korea in 20 days. Wahoo!! We got our native Korean missionaries yesterday. It was so cool to talk to them and see where I am with the language. Suffice it to say, I am FAR from fluency, but I could actually stumble my way through a conversation. The Lord truly does bless his missionaries. I can not tell you how many miracles and blessings I see in my life every day. I hope the same goes for those of you who aren't full time missionaries.
This past week has been yet another week of "hurry up and wait" with Elder Smurthwaite. We have been back and forth numerous times to different meetings and doctor's appointments trying to figure out what the next step will be. Since he has been missing so much class, I have been unofficially assigned into a tripanionship so that I can have some teaching practice while Elder Smurthwaite is back at the residence. This is a great time to be alive in the world, and an even greater time to be a missionary. I'm so grateful to be a part of it.
I love and miss all of you dearly,
